Reminder for Submission of Action Taken Report for non - compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026

National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), vide Circular No. NCDEX/MEMBER INSPECTION-022/2026 dated July 20, 2026, has announced an important update regarding the reminder for submission of Action Taken Reports (ATR) for non-compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026.

Key Details of the Update –
• National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) has issued a reminder to members to close the non-compliance(s) identified in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026 and update the compliance status.
• Applicability: Applicable to all NCDEX members required to submit Action Taken Reports (ATR) against non-compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026.
• Members are required to submit the ATR through email in the prescribed Annexure I & II formats.
• NCDEX has informed that the online ATR submission portal is now live and can be accessed by Members and Auditors. However, portal submission functionality is available only to those members who have already submitted their Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 2026 through the portal.
• A detailed User Manual for submission of Action Taken Reports is available for download in the "Downloads" section of the NCDEX website.
• Effective Date: July 20, 2026 (date of issuance of the reminder circular).
• Penalty/Consequence: If observations are not closed in the ATR or the ATR is not submitted within the prescribed due date, monetary penalties and/or disciplinary actions will be initiated in accordance with NCDEX Circular No. NCDEX MEMBER INSPECTION-009/2026 dated April 17, 2026, or other applicable penalty circulars issued by the Exchange.

Actions if Any –
• Close all non-compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026.
• Submit the Action Taken Report in the prescribed Annexure I & II formats through email to iar_submission@ncdex.com.
• Where eligible, submit the ATR through the NCDEX online portal.
• Refer to the User Manual available on the NCDEX website for guidance on portal submission.

Compliance Deadline –
• Submit the Action Taken Report and update the compliance status for all reported non-compliance(s) on or before July 31, 2026.
