Submission of Final Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms

National Securities Depository Limited, vide Circular No. NSDL/POLICY/2026/0106 dated July 28, 2026, has announced an important update regarding submission of the Final Accessibility Audit Report for digital platforms by Participants.

• The circular requires Participants to submit the Final Accessibility Audit Report for their digital platforms in accordance with SEBI's Digital Accessibility Guidelines issued under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
• The requirement follows NSDL Circular No. NSDL/POLICY/2025/0129 (referring to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/131 dated September 25, 2025) and NSDL Circular No. NSDL/POLICY/2026/0065 regarding submission of the Initial Accessibility Audit Report.
• The Final Accessibility Audit Report must be submitted in the format prescribed by SEBI, enclosed as Annexure A to the circular.
• Participants must ensure that the Accessibility Auditor covers all applicable digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, portals, and similar digital interfaces.
• The signed audit report must include the Accessibility Auditor's IAAP ID/Certificate Number along with the auditor's contact details.
• Applicability: Applicable to all NSDL Participants required to comply with SEBI's Digital Accessibility Guidelines.
