Go-Live of NCCL Portal for Members

National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL), vide Circular No. NCCL/TECHNOLOGY-018/2026 dated July 03, 2026, has announced an important update regarding Go-Live of NCCL Portal for Members.

Key Details of the Update –
• NCCL has launched a new request-based online portal for clearing members to digitally access reports and submit half-yearly net worth details.
• The portal will be available from 6 July 2026.
• Applicability: Applicable to all NCCL Clearing Members.
• Members can access the following reports through the portal:
• Pledge Securities Report
• Effective Deposit Report
• Position Report
• Margin Report
• Key portal features include:
• Online intraday reports.
• Online submission of half-yearly net worth.
• Secure and faster access with a user-friendly interface.
• Accessibility across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Access to announcements, products, services, and useful external links.
• Members are required to register on the portal using their CM ID, registered PAN, and registered email ID. Registration is completed through OTP verification, after which login credentials are emailed to the registered email address.
• Login to the portal requires Entity Type (CM), Login ID, Password, Captcha, and OTP verification. Password recovery and password change functionalities are also provided.
• The portal includes functionalities such as:
• View Net Worth Submission.
• Net Worth Submission (separate circular to be issued by NCCL Membership Team).
• Reports (Margin, Position, Pledge Security, Effective Deposit).
• Useful external links (NCDEX, NCFE, AGMARK, SEBI, NERL, WDRA, SEBI SCORES).
• Change Password.
• Effective Date: 6 July 2026.
• Key Changes: Introduction of a centralized online portal replacing/manualizing member access to reports and enabling digital submission of half-yearly net worth information.

Actions if Any –
• Clearing members should register on the NCCL Portal using their prescribed credentials.
• Members should use the portal for viewing reports and submitting half-yearly net worth once the relevant functionality becomes operational.
• Members should maintain updated login credentials and complete OTP-based authentication while accessing the portal.

Compliance Deadline –
• Members can begin accessing and using the NCCL Portal from 6 July 2026. No separate compliance deadline for registration or submission is specified in this circular.
