DR NOTICE

Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL), vide Notice No. 20260622-2 dated June 22, 2026, has announced an important update regarding conduct of clearing and settlement operations from the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site.

Key Details of the Update –
• ICCL has informed members and custodians that it will conduct its operations from the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site for a temporary period.
• The DR Site operations will cover the Equity Cash Segment, Equity Derivatives Segment, Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB), Currency Derivatives Segment, Commodity Derivatives Segment, Debt Segment and Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) Segment.
• The DR Site operations will be carried out from June 22, 2026 to June 23, 2026 in accordance with the schedule specified in Exchange Circular No. 20260622-1.
• ICCL has clarified that there will be no changes for members and custodians in accessing ICCL applications or URLs during the DR Site operations period.
• Applicability: All members and custodians accessing ICCL services across the specified market segments.
• Effective Date: June 22, 2026.

Actions if Any –
• Members and custodians should take note that ICCL operations will be conducted from the DR Site during the specified period.
• Members and custodians may continue using existing ICCL applications and URLs, as no access changes have been prescribed.
• No specific operational changes or system modifications have been prescribed for members and custodians.

Compliance Deadline –
• June 22, 2026 to June 23, 2026 – ICCL operations for the specified segments will be conducted from the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site.
